Imagine, for a moment, that you don’t have any problems. Problems generate anxiety, which leads to unproductive mindsets. What if you look at every problem as an opportunity to change? It’s easier to look at opportunities and to see the truth in them. When you see the truth in something, you will know the right thing to do next.

Hint: Every problem is something wanting to change. You don’t need to pursue every opportunity, which comes your way. However, it’s easier to find lasting solutions when you look at something without the anxiety of it being a problem.

The next time you encounter a problem, ask yourself, “What’s wanting to change?”

You’ve got this.
