When faced with a big challenge, what do you do?

I know what I used to do. I’d work harder, longer, and refused to give up! I thought I could solve any problem.

The result was that finding a solution would take far too long. Sometimes, I knew the solution was more patchwork than a proper solution.

I’ve learned that instead of trying to work harder, it’s far easier to get smarter.

The easiest way I know to get smarter is to ask for help. When you ask for help, you introduce new perspectives, ideas, and experiences in solving the problem.

What is challenging you right now?

Have you asked for help?
