Working from home during the pandemic has provided me with many benefits and opportunities. Most notably, the lack of travel has given me more time at home.
The downside, though, is how easy it’s been to work on weekends and evenings.
At times, though, I find myself feeling a little burned out. Those are the times I’ll stay away from my devices for a while. I’ll spend the weekend doing family things.

Spend time talking with your team about the boundaries that will keep your relationships and the people healthy.
Without boundaries, you run the risk of people burning out or leaving you.
