Without trust, your team will struggle to get the results they’re able to produce.
Trust is one of the biggest factors of success in teamwork. However, how would you know that trust exists on your team? I’m not talking about the type of trust where one person can predict how someone will behave. I’m talking about the type of trust where team members are regularly vulnerable with each other. Great teams trust each other enough to be vulnerable and have unfiltered dialogue.
The Team Trust Index will help you identify the degree of trust that exists on your team. Once complete, a report will be emailed to you providing your results, what to do about it, and resources to support your team.
For each of the twelve statements below, indicate how frequently you observe the behaviour in your team. Do NOT overthink your answers, as often your first thought will be the best answer.
Indicate your answer by ranking how frequently you observe each statement on a scale of 1 to 5, where:
