Responsible Change Leadership is cultivating a culture where everyone takes responsibility for creating the outcomes you want.
This workshop will give you the tools, knowledge, and awareness to inspire others to take responsibility for the change happening around them every day. With people taking responsibility for improving they will find more innovative solutions to the problems that are slowing them down, take ownership for making change work, and be happier for their involvement.
At the end of this workshop you will know:
What has people taking, and not taking responsibility for change in your organization.
How to inspire others to take responsibility through your leadership.
How to deal with the fear, anxiety, and concerns that come with these crazy times we’re living through.
You’re dealing with an unprecedented amount of change and uncertainty.
It’s not easy to deal with uncertainty, especially when everyone is working remotely. In this circumstance, it would be understandable if you increase control of the work to ensure you know what’s happening. Unfortunately, though, this control will only limit how much change is possible.
Responsible Change Leadership will help you understand how to cultivate and lead a team in which everyone takes responsibility for finding innovative and creative ways to respond to the problems they encounter.

Mike has worked with hundreds of leaders to help create cultures where everyone takes responsibility for innovative, creative, and lasting change.
A dynamic and engaging workshop leader, Mike brings his experience in leadership, coaching, relationship systems, teaching, and mentoring to create a robust and fun workshop experience.
Mike is an Accredited Mentor and Certified Responsibility Workshop Leader with The Responsibility Company, as well as a faculty member with their Responsibility Immersion Program. Mike is also a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, CTI Leadership graduate, and Organizational Relationship Systems Coach.
