How is your relationship with Monday morning? Do you jump out of bed enthused for the start of the work week? Or, do you roll over hoping it’s still the weekend.
When you’re talking with the people on your team, take the time to have meaningful conversations every time.
When you regularly celebrate with your team, they will start believing in how much they’re winning.
You may have lots of good answers, but you certainly don’t have all of them.
