Teams who have a heartfelt sense of purpose are the most successful teams I know.

Your response to a circumstance is always a choice, even when it doesn’t feel like it.
Include people in your problems, not just your solutions
Don’t bring solutions to your team. Instead, start by sharing the problem and ask for their help in solving it.
