When you’re talking with the people on your team, take the time to have meaningful conversations every time.
Celebrations – a long-term investment in the team
When you regularly celebrate with your team, they will start believing in how much they’re winning.
Make room for everyone to answer
You may have lots of good answers, but you certainly don’t have all of them.
