A system without purpose won’t be able to accomplish anything meaningful. Does your team (the system) understand why they’re a team?
Make your agreements explicit
Are your team working agreements explicit? If not, you don’t have agreements.
Don’t let the tools run the show
All electronic tools have an opinion of how you should work. Don’t listen to them, and do what’s most effective for you.
How much trust exists around you?
When was the last time someone you led told you about a personal struggle? It’s a sign of how much trust exists.
